Working Girl
So for the past few weeks I've been extremely busy with work, which is always a good thing. We've opened 2 new groups recently, which always makes up happy. Thursday and Friday this week Lauren, Mark, and I headed to Clarion for a meeting for work. The meeting was just for RSCs DSCs and CITs. Lauren and I aren't officially CITs right now. I think having us go to that meeting was kind of like a trial run for us. Everyone wanted to see how we would do before they got out our contracts for us to sign. We proved ourselves, to say the very least, and next week (unless our boss has her baby) we will sign our contracts and officially be CITs. The meeting was definitely a pat on the back for Lauren and I. We had several DSCs and RSCs come up to us and tell us that they wished we worked under them and that if we ever moved or wanted to that they wouldn't hesitate to put us on their team. I think we both needed that, especially for only being with Aflac for six months or so.
One thing that I must tell you about Aflac, or at least Aflac in Northwest PA is not all business. Everyone there knows how to have a good time. I think thats all I'm going to say about that, except for apologizing to anyone who may have gotten an im/text/phone call from me Friday night. haha.
I'm in love with a new band now, Secondhand Serenade, thanks to Phil's site.
I'm pretty sure that all I'm going to do the rest of day is relax. I need that. Even if I did sleep for 12 hours last night. I need to get caught up for the past two weeks or so.
